Fallon F. Whidden


FallonFALLON F. WHIDDEN has wanted to become an attorney ever since her eight-years-old self could impersonate one of Jack McCoy’s epic closing arguments in her living room to a panel of twelve Beanie Baby jurors. She is happy to be living out her lifelong dream of being a family law attorney and ecstatic to be starting out her legal career as part of the Commander Law team! 

Mrs. Whidden is a recent transplant to the Hampton Roads area and lives with her husband Christopher and their Chihuahua Rocco in Virginia Beach. She loves cooking, volunteering at domestic violence and homeless shelters, reading murder mystery books, and watching reruns of the Golden Girls.  

 Education and Experience: 

Mrs. Whidden graduated from Suffolk University in Boston, MA where she received a B.A. degree in Government and a B.A. degree in History. She received her law degree from New England Law | Boston in Boston, MA and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Virginia. Before and while a law student, Mrs. Whidden worked full-time as a paralegal, working primarily in the areas of state and federal litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security.
